"Find Your Power Core"
Page 4
In Frame #8 Kuehne still has kept his shoulders and upper body behind his front leg.  Crucial!!

The Power Core (hips, belt line, and abdominal muscles) provides the impetus to sling shot the upper body
through the shot.  Remember turning the Power Core is the move that initiates the downswing to supply
maximum power and keeps the club in a position where it can reliably hit the ball down your line to the target.
This move is contrary to normal instincts and must be learned.

Some of my students will key on the hips, some on the belly button, and some on the belt.  Experiment a bit
to see which key within the Power Core area works best for you.

Frame #7.  The Ideal post impact position!  The club and front arm are one piece, the Power Core is
still pulling the upper body around, and will do so right up into the finished position.  The upper
body won't fully catch up to the Core until nearly in the finished position.
